PEAC FRIED AT SZEKSZÁRD

In the 3nd round of the NB III South-West Group, our number one team was the host of Szeksárd UFC yesterday. Played in the sizzling temperatures of 30+C, the match ended in a 3 – 1 victory for the host.

SZEKSZÁRD UFC 3 : 1 PTE-PEAC

Following a convincing pre-season friendly victory by PEAC over Szeksárd expectations were high for 3 points and consolidation in the Nb III league table. However it was Szeksárd UFC who opened the scoring in the first 10 minutes and the lead was doubled before half time from Paksi (40.), after a good move that left the PEAC defence standing. Despite an early goal (46) by Pressing in the second half 10 man Szeksárd held out scored a late goal Péter D. (90+3) and were worthy eventual 3:1 winners.
